Little Eagles™ Martial Arts

How We Learned to Fly

25 years ago we added a preschool class to our martial arts school in New York. Parents were asking, so we said yes. Then we tried to teach a room full of three-year-olds the same way we taught every other age.

Once we got that right, something else happened. Those kids didn't leave when they outgrew the preschool class. They graduated right into our beginner program. They brought their siblings, cousins and friends. Some of them trained with us until they left for college and even came back after.

That's when we understood what a preschool program really is: the beginning of a relationship with martial arts. One that can last 20+ years.

We built Little Eagles so your school can get this right, the first time. Your style, our support.

It was a disaster.

Kids scattered. Parents left. We had no idea what we were doing.

So we started over. We researched, we tested, we threw out what didn't work. Slowly, we figured out what toddlers actually need. It isn't kicks and forms. It's learning to listen. To wait their turn. To respect the person next to them. The foundation of martial arts, before the technique.

Your Youngest Students are Waiting

Little Eagles™ isn't about teaching three-year-olds how to spar. It's about giving them the skills they need before kindergarten: discipline, focus, respect, taking turns. We show you how to teach these foundational techniques, delivered through a series of movements, games, and drills.

Once they graduate Little Eagles, they're ready for your big kids program! They walk in ready to be a leader on the mat because they have a strong foundation.

The Little Eagles Way

Strong Foundation

Before the technique comes the foundation: discipline, focus, taking turns. We created every part of this program so every Little Eagle can grow up ready on, and off, the mat.

Respect

The most important thing a martial artist can learn. It starts at three years old and lasts a lifetime. Little Eagles™ builds respect from day one.

Community

The best martial arts schools aren't just schools. They're communities centered on the mat and the families that show up every week. Start building that community from the very beginning.

Flexibility

No two martial arts schools are the same. Little Eagles™ works in any school. Your style, our support.
