Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using littleeaglesmartialarts.com (the "Service"), operated by Little Eagles™ Martial Arts ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 or have guardian consent.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by Little Eagles™ Martial Arts or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Payments, billing and cancellation
Prices. All prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay.
License subscription. The Standard License is $145 per month. Your first payment is charged when you place your order. The license then renews automatically each month on the same date, at the current standard rate, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method every month.
Payment methods. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Wix Payments and any other provider shown at checkout; we never see or store your full card number. To change the card on your license, go to My Subscriptions in your account.
Failed payments. If a monthly payment fails, we will email you and retry your card daily for up to 10 days, and your access continues during that time. If payment is still not received, your license and access to the Instructor Video Library end. You can subscribe again at any time.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in My Subscriptions in your account, by written notice to sales@littleeaglesmartialarts.com, or by mail to the address in the Licensing Agreement. Cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
Refunds. License fees are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial months, except where the law requires. To discuss a charge, email sales@littleeaglesmartialarts.com before contacting your bank, and we will work it out with you.
Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a new subscription price takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal after that date.
Merchandise. Merchandise is paid in full at checkout and ships within the United States at the rate shown at checkout. Sales tax is added where it applies. A studio that resells merchandise may submit a New York ST-120 resale certificate; once approved, the exemption applies to orders placed after approval. Returns follow section 7 of the Licensing Agreement.

The Service may link to third-party sites we don't control and aren't responsible for.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Eagles™ Martial Arts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
